I have over 17 years of experience in the non-profit sector and have worked in Kenya, Bangladesh, Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), and other countries throughout the Western Balkans. Some of my primary specializations include strategic planning, project and program development, organizational management, research, creative multimedia production, event coordination, and monitoring and evaluation. I am the Co-founder and former Vice President of the Sarajevo-based Post-Conflict Research Center (PCRC), an organization dedicated to the design, implementation, and support of multifaceted and innovative approaches to peace education, violence prevention, transitional justice, and post-conflict reconciliation. I am also the Co-founder and former Executive Editor of Balkan Diskurs, a multimedia news outlet comprised of professional journalists, artists, academics, and youth correspondents dedicated to producing objective, independent media in the Western Balkans.
