I have over 17 years of experience in the non-profit sector and have worked in Kenya, Bangladesh, Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), and other countries throughout the Western Balkans. Some of my primary specializations include strategic planning, project/program development and management, organizational management, research, creative multimedia production, event coordination, and monitoring and evaluation. I am the Co-founder and former Vice President of the Sarajevo-based Post-Conflict Research Center (PCRC), an organization dedicated to the design, implementation, and support of multifaceted and innovative approaches to peace education, violence prevention, transitional justice, and post-conflict reconciliation. I am also the Co-founder and former Executive Editor of Balkan Diskurs, a multimedia news outlet comprised of professional journalists, artists, academics, and youth correspondents dedicated to producing objective, independent media in the Western Balkans.
